ity), billing for VoIP Service will commence in accordance with Part III, S=
ection.14 Billing Initiation where it states that Billing for VoIP Service =
will begin when the VoIP Service is available for use, even if --Customer&r=
squo;s numbers have not been ported to the VoIP Service.<br />-The router h=
as already been successfully activated. During this time, the Internet was =
already available for use. Available for use means that the service can be =
used in any capacity, the data packets were already flowing and the voice s=
ervice already supports outbound/inbound calls.<br />By this definition, ch=
