billing for VoIP Service will commence in accordance with Part III, Section=
.14 Billing Initiation where it states that Billing for VoIP Service will b=
egin when the VoIP Service is available for use, even if --Customer&rsquo;s=
 numbers have not been ported to the VoIP Service.<br />-The router has alr=
eady been successfully activated. During this time, the Internet was alread=
y available for use. Available for use means that the service can be used i=
n any capacity, the data packets were already flowing and the voice service=
