Vienna Ombre rugs: we opened some of the reverse rolled rugs and the wrinkles have almost disappeared completely. While this appears to resolve the problem, the fact of the matter is because the rugs are wrinkled our warehouse has to inspect each of these pieces, reverse roll any rugs that are found to have wrinkles and most importantly take the additional time in waiting for the wrinkles to disappear before we can service the customer. In addition to the Vienna rugs from last week, we just received 30 Vienna Ombre 7250/03 8x10 sized rugs on the container from Tuesday. Our warehouse inspected the rugs and all 30 were all found with wrinkles in them. We will have our warehouse reverse roll these rugs as well but again, we will have to wait a week plus before we can ship these rugs. Please have the factory do some testing with the wrinkled rugs they found. Perhaps rolling the rugs around cardboard tubing when they are finished weaving will help prevent or even eliminate the wrinkling. If the tubing works, we can accept up to a 3" diameter tube without increasing the dimensional weight when we ship the rug to our customers. If the tubing is any larger than 3" the freight charges are higher as the bale is charged at a higher dimensional weight, so the tubing needs to stay at 3" max. 5. CST-114: thanks the price for CST-114 will be $9.50 per ft2 6. MIR5-682/683F: Wooster color blankets - can you please advise if the color blankets on these two PO's have been made yet?
