Our warehouse finished reviewing the rugs and we only found the wrinkles in the larger sized; 8x10 and 9x12 sized rugs. We have laid some of the rugs flat and reverse rolled some as well. We will let them sit for a few days and advise on Friday 10th if this helps in removing the wrinkles. However, we have been selling this quality for some time now and our feeling is there was some issue in weaving the larger sizes. Can you see if this is a possible reason? 5.
