We checked 3 pieces of 9x12's that we had in stock and all of these rugs were found with wrinkles. We are going to check other sizes we have at our warehouse on Tuesday and will advise our findings. Can you discuss with the factory and see if they know why this may be happening and more importantly, what can be done to fix them?
