We don't break MAP unless someone else breaks first, then we match until they come back up. If all of our listings are not at MAP, that means someone else broke and we are matching them.


I have set to strict now and will check back in a couple days.


MAP goes both ways and we will take it as seriously as Trans Ocean does. If you are not able to maintain the commitment to us, then we cannot be the only ones complying with your policy either.


If you are going to allow others to break, we should be able to break too until you are able to come up with a plan to ensure a level playing and maintain your commitment. If not and the expectation is that OJCommerce maintain MAP while Amazon and others are allowed to break without consequence and play the hero, then we are not interested in continuing to market Trans Ocean's products.


Please let me know the plan and timeline to enforce the policy or let me know if we should take the line down.
