I tried to modify the spread sheet but for some = reason I could not open it to edit. But the why it would be most help full from left to right is A+B = Subtotal E (with notes) Total. I know you are going to work on the outs and be sure to give the date = and size that went out; I would not make notes but add a column for each = size, but the date it went out, figure how many days in the selling period and base on the curve the lost sales. This will not only help us to decide = what patterns to continue but we give you the information you need to create = the =93new curve=94 for the holiday and winter and give you the forecast = number. Also, we had decided to go through yesterday saying that we would have 2 = =BD months of 2018. There have been some minimal sales, particularly in = winter and we should take them into account for the curve as well as the total = will sell. If you want to discuss we can talk in the morning.
