I spoke with my contact at the Las Vegas National = Hardware show. The show is sold out with companies on a waiting list = – but they took a cancellation on Friday or a 20x80 section and = have already carved up and given all away except for a 10x10 space. =

The person I’m working with has dealt with us = the last two times we did the show and would rather give us the 10x10 = remaining booth then to offer to the remaining companies on the = list– the catch is we would have to let her now by the end of the = day – tomorrow morning at the very latest.

The all in cost of the = booth is $6,255 (Booth cost of $5,855 plus estimated drayage of = $400).
The booth is located = in what looks to be a good Aisle in the middle third of the = venue
The difference between = this show and most other temporary shows we do is that we can go up to = 12 feet high on the back wall and the side walls (most shows you can = only go up 8 ft on back wall and only 4 ft on side walls) – so we = have some good hanging space.
Show dates are 5/8 – 5/10 at LV convention = Center
I could do with myself = and either Moe or Rob

When we did = shows the last 2 times – we did not see the smaller stores – = but did see larger people like Orchard Supply, Lowes, Menards, Walmart, = Ace and True Value corporate type people. With our new mix, it may be = worth one more try – I think we can make a good presentation = of the FTP, Natura and Illusions – could also show some Terrace or = similar type item if we have new version. I would not bring other = outdoor items as they don’t seem to be important at this level of = store and it would dilute the mat offering.
