Thank you = for the new pricing from Mr. Fen. I believe Chris will make all = the changes in the system today so we are current.

Regarding = the offer of $.05 reduction for container promotions, this may work for = some customers, but as I mentioned on the phone, we are trying to get = business from new customers that are used to buying at much lower = prices, and also lower qualities. For these customers the $.05 = reduction will really not help.

With the new = exchange rate we are really looking for a product we can buy for about = $1.10. Without being in the meeting, I assume one of Mr. = Fen’s concerns is making a lower product in our workshops which = will effect our normal production. First, this was his fear when = we started Capri, and based on the business today, it is a good thing = for all of us that we created this quality as an alternative to Revella. = While Revella is still important, our business would be much smaller if = we did not have the Capri construction.

Our idea = last year was to try to have a lower price we made Napoli and we will = see how that performs this Spring, but from the initial customer = reaction it seems they prefer the polyester to the = polypropylene. We have meeting the week of 3/18 in NYC and = were hoping to have some better information on possible new qualities we = can work on with these large customers. Can you please review the = above and see what alternatives we have; can Mr. Fen use the Napoli = workshop for these promotions. Are there other workshops he can = use. While we prefer to give Mr. Fen the business are there other = factories we can use for this product. Please let me know = your thoughts.
