If there is 10% known, the 3 issues you mention below, we should try to figure what the 3% is, I remember at one point they wanted a large coop and they gave up something so maybe the 3% does not exist. In any case if we max out at 10% for extra discounts on some items than 20% should be enough. Please work on your offerings which make sense but and we can adjust the accrual later.
