Based on your numbers, I suppose it is reasonable.

I guess there standard yearly increase is 4% and we did have a free year so
the 5% for this year makes some sense.

If Stephen agrees I would sign it.

Charley,

 

Just so we have information on LV lease in one place when we discuss, I went
back and found the original lease for the first 3 years and added it to the
attached recap sheet.

 

Basically:

 

The % increases for each year are:

 

Year 1 is base

Year 2 - increase 4%

Year 3 - increase 7.5%

Year 4 - no increase (this was this past year from 6/1/17 to 5/31/18 - where
we were kind of in limbo and they extended the lease at same cost)

Year 5 - will be 5.56 % increase

Year 6 - will be 4% increase

Year 7 - will be 4% increase

 

The $ amount increases from the current contract over the next three years:

6/1/18 - 5/31/18 -                                          $2,623.50 (over
current year)     $218.62

6/1/19 - 5/31/20                                              $1,993.86
$166.16

Please go back to him and say we are closed because of the storm.

What I can see is that it is a 5% increase and 4% a year.  Standard increase
is more like 3%.

Not sure if we want to go back and ask for more like 4% for the first year
and 3% for each additional and see what he says.

Before we do this maybe we can see how many $$ it is and if it is worth the
effort.

We can review tomorrow

Allan reviewed the Las Vegas lease - attached is the table showing rent
costs for 3 year period. Other than yearly rent increases, there are no
other changes in the contract. Contract runs  6/1/18 - 5/31/21.
