Just so we = have information on LV lease in one place when we discuss, I went back = and found the original lease for the first 3 years and added it to the = attached recap sheet.

 

Basically:

 

The % = increases for each year are:

 

Year 1 is = base

Year 2 – increase = 4%

Year 3 – increase = 7.5%

Year 4 – no increase (this = was this past year from 6/1/17 to 5/31/18 – where we were kind of = in limbo and they extended the lease at same cost)
