Hi Stephen

Best regards,

Rick,
We received the Rappe samples and some look very good. Since we are new =
to this we want to understand the process well enough to make it work =
long term. I tried to be specific below but our main point is we need =
to know for each type of print, what is the best format to send the =
image?
=20
Regarding Rappe =E2=80=93 we=E2=80=99re calling Caravan.
Can this be digitally printed?
We=E2=80=99re trying this, yet we didn=E2=80=99t reach a desired output =
to be able to show but will keep working 7 will let you know once =
achieved.
What type of file/image works best for this construction =E2=80=93 CAD =
or rug picture? I sent rug pictures and some came out decent and some =
didn=E2=80=99t.
Best is CAD showing needed pantones with a pallet for color placement.
Minimums per pattern for regular printing? For digital (if possible)?
500 gsm for Chromo jet (regular printing) for Digital it is 300 m2 =
subject to fill a container load in both.
Also for Rosetta =E2=80=93 we=E2=80=99re going to call Heritage.
Assuming we are most likely running digital, can you confirm minimums =
per pattern?
300 m2 per pattern with maximum 2 sizes
Also which file is best for digital quality =E2=80=93 actual rug image =
or CAD?=E2=80=99
Same as Above CAD but in digital case it should come at least 72 dpi =
with CMYK color.
Also for Chromojet =E2=80=93 CAD or Rug image =E2=80=93 which is better?
CAD=20
Please let me know when you can.
Thanks,
Stephen
