I noticed that we are paying Trans Ocean a 15% restocking fee, which negatively impacts your margin profile, placement on site, and your general position in Wayfair's competitive landscape. We have over 8 million products on site from over 10,000 suppliers who are not charging us a restocking fee. Seeing as year-round success is largely determined by where your products fall on site and that restocking fees are not necessary in the e-commerce space, we are going to remove this fee so we can focus on positioning your account more competitively, increasing exposure of your products, and removing some of the admin work associated with the fee.
