Deepak confirmed today that APL Logistics (TKmax nominated broker) only advised that the shipment is to be consolidated at the port of Chennai. The terms on the PO are "Fob Port". This would be ok if APL made their consolidations at the port of Cochin however the port of Chennai is very far from Cochin (695km) and there will be higher transportation charges if the goods need to be shipped to Chennai. Do you think it would be possible to have the terms on the PO changed to ex-works?
