Richard,

I am sending this email in hopes of keeping Friday's call focused and
productive 30 minutes. Our view is that most of the customization was due
to our EDI and Allocations programs which caused everything to branch out
creating a custom system. If we changed to the Robocom standard modules for
these programs how would we be able to communicate to our customers when an
order is out of stock? Without the hard allocation how can we give accurate
order status to our customers? This probably our biggest question. I am
sure there are other things that will come up but the customer communication
is our biggest concern.

Thanks,

Lou Koprivec
