Please treat the bathrooms as you would in your own home. Flush! Throw paper towels in the garbage cans! If you miss, pick it up and throw in the can. The floor is no place for garbage! 2. Smoking is prohibited in the building. For those who smoke and go outside; please extinguish and dispose of your cigarette butts in the smoking pole located in the garage on the walkway between the East and West Stairwell doors. We are finding an alarming amount of cigarette butts scattered through the parking garage. Walk the few extra steps and use the smoking poles. That's what they're there for. 3. Please remember to park in your assigned parking spots! Should you find someone unauthorized in your spot please reach out to the super asap and they will do their best to identify the offender and get them to move their car. We are also prepared to sticker/tow if necessary. Visitor Parking spots are #57, 58 (garage) and 64 (rear lot). Thank you for your cooperation and respect for your neighbors and our building.
