The agreement made with them, and approved by Charley, was that Kakkoi would pay the bill, including freight being handled by Rapid Transportation, LLC, upfront with a credit card. Once the funds cleared into our account we are to wire the money to Rapid Transportation for their freight services. Kakkoi contacted me and said that Rapid Transportation will not guarantee the freight charge if they are paid in May when the shipment is scheduled to be made. They will only lock the freight charges if they can be paid now. In order to lock the freight charges in, Kakkoi would like us to send a pro forma invoice. He will then pay the entire invoice (rugs and freight) by credit card. Once the funds clear, he would like us to wire Rapid Transportation their freight fee. Please let me know if we will agree to this. If so, I will forward the credit card auth form to Kakkoi to begin the process.
