He came by the booth, asked for a catalog, then went to sit and make his selections. He was helped and shown around by someone other than me. When he returned to the booth I helped him. He simply read me the item numbers he had selected. He assumed everything he was picking from the brochure was tufted like FTP, however he ended up choosing 5 Visions patterns. He simply was not aware they were different. He would like to return the Visions mats if at all possible, 15 pieces in total. I asked him if we were able to offer a discount on them would he accept that. He said it would need to be deep so he could sell them half off and get rid of them. (He said the rubber smell is an issue. He sells jewelry etc. in his store). I am not sure if a deep discount or return freight would make more sense to us. Please advise on what I should tell him. He is located in Washington state. The order totaled $895.55.
