Thank you - just to clarify, when we do proprietary product there are no
minimums. It's not a container direct program, we work with the designers
and offer exclusive designs to you under your brand, labeling etc. It's a
great program that do with many customers to differentiate.

Subject: Trans-Ocean/Liora Manne

Saurabh,

Thank you so much for the time at Las Vegas Market - so good to see you.

I would really welcome some help in getting the program accelerated -
especially on the outdoor rugs and pillows.

The main things are:

*	How can we get our items to be eligible for in network placement,
right now they are not eligible to be considered. I am looking into the data
issues to see if there are setup issues that are stopping you from getting
orders for bringing product in network. As discussed in the meeting, I
would be open to bringing your best sellers in the network if we can come up
with a risk mitigation/return plan to minimize liquidation risk on our end.
*	What can we do to help shore up the lead times on Vendor Central -
especially as we have outdoor products staged for the season. Your best bet
would be to look at the order level data and see what is driving the
delivery issues. Looking at your numbers it seems we are missing Estimated
Delivery Date and Scar Rate numbers and getting them fixed will get you to
the guaranteed delivery metrics requirement. I forwarded you an invite for
a webinar for today. Would be good for someone from your team to attend to
see if you guys can get some answers on what needs to be done.
*	What kind of placement programs would be most effective.

AMS and Deal of the Day are biggest drivers for visibility. We recommend
AMS to be on all the time. That is the biggest driver for keeping you in
front of the customer and be relevant throughout the year. We recommend to
spend 2 - 3% of the revenue you plan for the year to go to AMS. It is pay
per click model and there is no minimum. I am including the link to the
Youtube channel for AMS. Please watch some videos. Once I know what your
budget will be for 2018 I can get you connected with an account manager if
needed.

 <https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCGRjlfFeU-5eC-ElShfwYPw>
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCGRjlfFeU-5eC-ElShfwYPw

Our deal of the day provides high visibility to a few ASINs by seeing
placement on the front page of Amazon.com. Vendors see halo effect in lift
across category as product gain relevancy and customers start cross browsing
in the catalogue. This would have to go through me and I would be happy to
get one setup. We require 25% off of current retail price and 100% of the
savings are passed on to the customer. The deal will last for 24 hours and
you will be charged for actual units that get sold during the period for
ASINs that were part of the deal.

You can look at best deals as well. it is a similar model but you do not get
placement on the front page and discounts can be lower. BD can run for up
to two weeks.

*	Can we do any private label or direct products with exclusive
designs - as this is our core strength.

We would not want to pursue private label at this point but once the program
establishes we would want to pursue container direct program.

Any help is greatly appreciated - I can send over any information you may
need to move along.

Thanks,

Stephen
