The new policy is based on customer requests and the latest industry standards. The changes are designed to provide customers with a best-in-class shopping experience and to drive as much business to our vendors as possible.

For vendors, the key change to be aware of is:

  • Customers may return items if they are damaged or defective and are eligible to receive a full refund or replacement if they initiate the return within 30 days of delivery for items delivered by small parcel, or within 5 days of delivery for items delivered by freight.
