warehouse shows 5-7 days as the initial setting.  Please - I am not sure wh=

Christina,
Thank you for the call - just wanted to outline for the rest of the team he=
re.

-          Metrics are improving but lead times were automatically adjusted=
 by Amazon to accommodate weather for all drop ship vendors based on the Ea=
st Coast.  Lead time should be revised back soon - hopefully Monday.
-          If we can keep up the performance we should be able qualify for =
further reduced lead times within next two weeks.
-          Regarding 'in network items,' rugs are not eligible for in-netwo=
rk anymore but we can review the mat business and see if that can drive som=
e volume.
o   We'll set up all available items and send a batch to you to review and =
we can discuss freight allowances to bring in network.  The timeline for th=
is is by the end of the month.
