Hi Christina,

Please let me know what we can do to get these switched back or have the
delivery time reduced - it seems to be a glitch at this point since the DIGA
warehouse shows 5-7 days as the initial setting.  Please - I am not sure
what to do other than keep requesting - we are performing well operationally
but our momentum is waning from this lead time issue.

Hi Christina,

Just wanted to see if there is anything at all you can do to get our lead
times reduced back to normal levels.  Our momentum is taking a hit right as
we started getting some great new items loaded.  We are still exceeding
metrics and have been for over the 2 week threshold.  Any help at all would
really be appreciated.

Christina,

Thank you for the call - just wanted to outline for the rest of the team
here.

 

*	Metrics are improving but lead times were automatically adjusted by
Amazon to accommodate weather for all drop ship vendors based on the East
Coast.  Lead time should be revised back soon - hopefully Monday. 
*	If we can keep up the performance we should be able qualify for
further reduced lead times within next two weeks.
*	Regarding 'in network items,' rugs are not eligible for in-network
anymore but we can review the mat business and see if that can drive some
volume. 

*	We'll set up all available items and send a batch to you to review
and we can discuss freight allowances to bring in network.  The timeline for
this is by the end of the month.
