I understand your concern regardin= g the prime offer for ASIN B01FU2R6ZY.

In order to assist you more a= ccurately, we contacted our internal team regarding the same.

Firstl= y, I regret to inform you that we will not be able to manually update your = ASINs to prime from our end, as this is completely determined by our automa= ted system.

I sincerely apologize for the previous correspondence. A= s per our internal team the item is currently not part of Prime now. We tri= ed to get the details regarding why the product was not prime eligible.

Our team informed us that vendors need to maintain a shorter lead time = so that the products will automatically upgraded to Prime now.

Upon= checking your account we found few charge backs for "PO On-Time Accuracy".= (screenshots attached).

For example: If we look at the PO 1TNHM4VN = in the screenshot, we can see that that the accepted quantity for the PO wa= s 4 however we received only 1 unit.

I completely understand that t= his particular ASIN B01FU2R6ZY doesn't have any defects but please note tha= t the prime eligibility works on the account level and unfortunately I regr= et to inform that due to the chargebacks your ASIN was not listed in the pr= ime products.

Please understand that if product do not meet the on t= ime accuracy metric it will be difficult to us to meet the promises made fo= r prime products which might eventually lead to a bad customer experience. = Hence, I request you to maintain a shorter lead time the products for them = to auto-upgraded to prime.

Sincerely apologize for any inconvenience= caused in this regard. As much as I understand that an apology may not suf= fice the disappointment this may cause to you, I wish I was able to do a lo= t more in this regard.
