In today=E2=80=99s FedEx package we are sending you a few ya= rds of Burlap Material.
Please see image.  It is made out of J= ute. 
Years ago - when we made the Lamontage in NY we have ex= perimented and made rugs using this material as the background (layered it o= n top of the =E2=80=9Cgrey=E2=80=9D base).
 
We are= thinking that it will be interesting to develop fabrics using the Jute as t= he base.
 
The idea will be to lay the Jute fabric o= n top of the non-woven Polyester scrim and than layout some of our fibers on= top creating the pattern.
Some area will remain uncovered so the j= ute will be esposed.  We are making a few small samples and will includ= e them today's package.  We would like you to punch and latex these usi= ng our fabric formula.
 
It will be great if you ca= n review the samples that we are sending you before you punch them - so just= in case we would want to make adjustments (varying  the amount of fibe= r used on top or the thickness of the layers) - you would be able to make ne= w samples.
