Marking an item as sourceable means that you are currently accepting orders for that item. If an item is marked sourceable it is possible to recieve an order even if you don't have inventory loaded. Below are detailed instructions on how to change the sourceability of your SKU's one by one or in mass. To change the sourceability of your item's one by one you will need to go to Partner Connect --> select "My Products" --> press on the partner SKU # of the SKU you are looking to change --> On the screen that is brought up, change the item from sourceable to Not_sourceable. To change your Sourceability in mass you will need to go into Partner connect-->Press templates along the left hand side of the screen--> Select the Product Update Template--> In cell A1 enter your email address--> In cell B1 enter your Partner ID number--> In cells A2 and down enter your SKU #'s--> In cells B2 and down enter the letter N to mark the SKU as unsourcable-->When finished save this file to your computer-->In Partner Connect select Upload files along the left hand side of the screen and upload file. When you need to put your items back on Site you will first need to change the sourcability back--> follow all the same steps in the Product update template, but instead of marking the Sourcablity as N mark it as Y--> In Partner Connect select Upload files along the left hand side of the screen and upload file. Marking an item as sourceable means that you are currently accepting orders for = that item. If an item is marked sourceable it is possible to recieve an order even = if you don't have inventory loaded. Below are detailed instructions on how to = change the sourceability of your SKU’s one by one or in = mass.
