Stephen,

 

For the offer letter you can say the following:

 

Sick/Personal Days-  After 3 mos of employment employees are entitled to 7
days per calendar year.  Days accrue at the rate of .583 days per month

 

Vacation-After 1 year of employment employees are entitled to 2 weeks.  This
is based on a July 1 to June 30 year. Days accrue at the rate of .833 days
per month. 

                 The company closes over the July 4th and Christmas
holidays.

 

Health Insurance- the company currently offers 2 plans through Oxford/United
Healthcare.  Employees share in the cost. Currently the employees bi-weekly
payroll deductions for singles are $ 62.29 for the low plan and $ 99.43 for
the high plan

               (Note that our renewal is May 1st so rates will probably
increase) 

 

401(K) Plan- Eligibility is changing to employment after 90 days.  T.O.
currently contributes 3%.

 

I'll give you a key fob today so she can get in the building and you'll have
to tell her to use the parking spaces marked "T.O.I."

 

I'll also have Niss give you the paperwork (W-4, IA-9, Emergency Contact,
Direct Deposit etc) which she can fill out when she gets here.  You may want
to tell her to bring 2 forms of identification such as drivers license,
passport, voters registration card etc.
