Be on the lookout.
Starting this month, Medicare will begin mailing new Medicare ID cards. The cards are being updated to remove Social Security numbers in an effort to better protect your identity. All cards are expected to be mailed by early 2019. Remember, this is different than your UnitedHealthcare member ID card. Continue using your UnitedHealthcare member ID card when using your plan.

Find a primary care provider close to you.
Establishing a relationship with one doctor (primary care provider, or PCP) has many benefits. In addition to you feeling comfortable with them, they will have a "big picture" of you and your health based on history. To find a PCP, sign in or register, then look for Provider Search.

The first Earth Day was only observed in the United States. At the time, Americans were still driving cars with leaded gas and Ohio's Cuyahoga River was so polluted that it caught fire. Earth Day is now celebrated around the world as a chance for people to share their appreciation and respect for the environment.
