T= his workshop will focus on the serious issue of sexual harassment and how t= o prevent it in the workplace=2E It provides an overview of sexual harassme= nt, sex discrimination its definition and the laws that prohibit it=2E Give= n the ease of receiving and viewing sexually explicit materials on cell pho= nes, computers, tablets, and social media, employers as well as employees s= hould be concerned about preventing sexual harassment in the workplace=2E
 
P= articipants will explore the factors that contribute to sexual harassment a= nd or sex discrimination=2E They also examine the negative impact of sexual= harassment on victims, co-workers and employers=2E Through exercises and e= xamples, participants identify steps to stop sexual harassment and develop = strategies to respond to it if it occurs in their company
