I have two users whose 4 J's Genero DTC won't connect. I one instance this is a new machine that was set up and tested by yours's truly. It did function when I tested it with my username and password. Now it will not connect. The other instance is a machine that has been connecting without any problem until three days ago. I can provide further details as necessary. In both cases they can "see" the host and connect via other protocols and on ports other than 6400. I have two = users whose 4 J’s Genero DTC won’t connect. I  one = instance this is a new machine that was set up and tested by = yours’s truly.
