Can you review this with IT and see if it makes sense to lower EDD on =
Amazon?

Guaranteed Delivery

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us

Currently you are missing your Estimated Delivery Date Metric (EDD). EDD =
is similar to Delivery Estimate Accuracy (DEA), but is calculated based =
off the ASN, or ship confirmation, instead of the order date. Sending =
the ship confirmation starts the EDD time calculation, determining how =
long the item should be in transit, and creates a new delivery promise =
to the customer. Therefore, EDD measures whether the shipment met =
customer promise from carrier pickup to delivery.

You are sending blank time segment in DTM-011

ASNs are being sent in GMT format. So If your carrier arrives at 4PM =
(1600) on 4/19 we would like the ASN to be sent at 4PM (1600) on 4/19 =
with the DTM segment timed at 20:00 on 4/19. (1600+4 hours=3D20:00 4/19) =
So the correct DTM-011 should be: DTM*011*20180419*2000~

Please make this change to your ASN EDI message

Thanks Resolving Case
