Please be reminded that for all destination countries, the unit cost on a commercial invoice regardless of how it is shipped (ocean, air, courier) must be the negotiated price (i.e. the PO price). A fictitious value, especially to avoid customs costs is a serious violation that will result in fines and other penalties. For sample shipments, the price must be a reasonable price such as the cost of production+labor, or the price WSSPL would have paid for the item. A fictitious value is not allowed. This applies to all shipments (US, UK, AU, Alshaya, Livart, SSI) with the exception of Liverpool. For Liverpool, their Customs rules allows a $1 value for samples.
