Do we offer a defective allowance? (page 12) * What do we put for the warranty? (page 12) * Are we giving a discount for new store and/or regular store samples? Per your e-mail, we do not have to worry about coop or rebate. They also state that showroom visits are every 30 days if located inside market area, or every 60 days if you are outside the market area. The last thing is that they ask to send routing information 5 days prior to the ship date.
