The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OS= HA) regulates the health and safety of the American workers=2E OSHA uses ma= ny tools to keep workers safe and employers accountable for following regul= ations=2E An OSHA audit can cause some organizations experience stress=2E A= dditionally, the administration uses fines as a penalty of violating OSHA s= tandards and putting worker health and safety at risk=2E

OSHA audits can be a = source of stress and frustration if the employer does not know what to expe= ct=2E When a workforce is ill prepared to identify and mitigate hazards, an= OSHA inspection process can be costly=2E Many fines can be prevented throu= gh getting supervisors and workers to recognize hazards and take action=2E = If hazards can=92t be eliminated, then they must be controlled through engi= neering means, administrative work rules, or personal protective equipment= =2E

Each inspection can b= e predictable and defensible for the trained workplace=2E This webinar will= teach attendees best practices to survive the OSHA audit and citation=2E A= ttendees will learn how to immediately spot violations in the workplace and= how to correct them to OSHA standards=2E In addition, the attendee will be= made aware of the most frequent violations, compliance strategies, and the= defense against citation=2E OSHA has a playbook that is used by each compl= iance and safety officer, the attendees will learn how to obtain a copy for= free and tips for learning the content=2E The playbook is referred to as t= he Field Operations Manual (FOM)=2E FOM training is the key to OSHA complia= nce inspections, because the compliance safety and health officer must foll= ow the procedures outlined in the manual=2E
