I am having a very difficult time in obtaining any updated information on these shipments since Monday. I have contacted both 1-800-225-5345 and the 877-297-6031 numbers and spoke with various customer service representatives; all of which were very nice but unable to tell me the status of our shipments rather stating the delivery station in Greensboro, NC needed to be contacted for updates. As of today they all advised me I would receive a phone call back by 5pm Friday with an update. The market starts on Friday and I need updates today. Is there anything you can do to help expedite the process of at least getting information on these shipments.
