If the customer has never had mats and does not have them on their item list, the smashes will not output anything having to do with mats. The options to fix this would be including mats in all smashes, or having the salespeople specify that they would like mats included, and I could do a separate 832 for mats only for the customer. We should discuss how to proceed.
