As of today we have installed and configured all = software necessitated by the Varsity Dropship program. Along the way = there were several hiccups at the Warehouse on Monica’s = Workstation. Through Late February and all of March we have worked with = Joe Sylvester @ L.L. Bean to:

Make certain that the VPN software (Juniper Client) was properly = installed and functioning on Monica’s workstation. As of 4/10 Joe = ascertained that the client was not functioning properly and he = requested Melissa Roupe to set up “split tunneling” for = Monica’s VPN. The VPN now appears to be functioning = properly.
Make certain that Monica’s login and password to the = “Varsity” ERP system was properly set up. We believe it is = now correct.
Make certain that the PowerTerm Emulation was properly = configured for Terminal, Packslip, and Label printers at the Warehouse. = This necessitated several attempts but we believe that all emulations = are correct as per Joe Sylvester’s last = instructions.
As of 4/11 Monica sent Joe screenshots and video capture as = the emulator (though properly configured) connects but instantly = disconnects its session. Joe is researching this with his IT Dept. to = ascertain the cause and a give a resolution. Joe has made the L.L. Bean = team aware of the problems we have encountered including Lisa, Ollie, = and Melissa. We are still waiting for the L.L. Bean team to set up the = order downloads for testing on our end as we are ready to SFTP the files = down and then decrypt using PGP software.
