Under an agreeme= nt between the U.S. and Mexico, Mexican nationals must be properly repatria= ted through the Mexican consulate, a process that includes fingerprinting a= nd confirming the person=E2=80=99s identity. But Mexican agents have identi= fied the area where the video was taken as a place where American agents fr= equently try to deport migrants covertly, according to a source close to th= e Mexican government.
