Dear vendor,

On 4/6/18, a request for more details regarding PO D5ltKVypk was sent with a reply-by date of 4/9/18. We have not heard back from you. 

Our program does not permit back orders. Please cancel orders for items that are out of stock and therefore unable to ship by the Required Ship Date (RSD).

When the customer places their order, Amazon sets the customer's expectation regarding when their items will arrive. It is imperative that we meet that expectation, or give the customer the option to obtain the item elsewhere.

In order to prevent the assignment of orders that cannot be filled on time, be sure to maintain accurate inventory levels. Vendors should submit one full inventory feed per warehouse, per day. Partial inventory feeds may be submitted as frequently as necessary depending on the speed at which your inventory levels change.

Please note that failure to reply today before 1:00pm PST  will result in the cancellation of this PO.
