Stephen, Lou, maybe we can discuss his scenario 1 this morning.

I don=E2=80=99t know how to convert the price to a m2 but what did we =
charge the tile company per ft2 and then we can figure a handling charge =
which would be warehousing only; edi and receivables would be different.

Hi Charley

=20

Sorry that I have been busy lately, we had the re-election time for our =
rug association's board and finally i was re-elected as president once =
again. Last 1 month was very tiring period anyway. So i could start =
working with free of mind as of today.

=20

Meanwhile we received the quotations from DHL and UPS for delivering =
from Turkey Mill to USA Consumer's home directly pc by pc. Surprisingly =
DHL quoted almost 30% less than UPS. I have been working on 3 scenarios, =
in order to finalize a correct comparison i would need your help as =
well.

=20

Here are the 3 scenarios;

1: Made in Turkey and shipped to USA in BULK, stocked in USA warehouse =
and delivery from USA warehouse by pc to the consumer (like a standard =
operation as you do)

2 : Made in Turkey Mill pc by pc upon orders received, delivery from =
Turkey Mill directly to the consumer in USA.

3 : Made in USA Mill pc by pc upon orders received, delivery from USA =
Mill directly to the consumer in USA.

=20

Regarding 1st scenario, would you advise what would be the rough =
warehousing, labor and general expenses per m2 ? Of course it depends on =
how much you stock and how much you sell, but depending on your years of =
experience this would be a rough figure to finalize my study before =
sending to you.

=20

Thanks

Ugur
