Supreme Court decisions and the current EEOC Guidelin= es make it clear that employers need to go beyond simply having an anti-har= assment policy=2E Employers must provide training to ensure every manager a= nd employee understands the organization's harassment policy=2E Employers m= ust show due diligence relative to controlling workplace harassment=2E Ever= y employee should be trained on what harassment is, and what to do about ha= rassment, if they see it happening to them or anyone else=2E
