I called in regards to check #1588063.  The = coop taken doesn’t make sense and the 2% damage allowance = didn’t go into effect until January 2018.  I submitted = disputes (see below).

 

Ticket #14812899 $17,326.79 dispute for 5% Coop =

Ticket = #14813087 $  3,592.13 dispute for 2% Dam = Allow

 

Please call me tomorrow or Friday 11am – 2 = pm as we are not on the office today due to the storm.  I am = working remotely from home today but I am = limited.
