Jeff,
Did you ever get an answer on this? Does FedEx require a signature?

Thanks,
Lou

I am looking into this. I know UPS went to a no signature required delivery=
policy on commercial addresses last year or so. I thought FedEx had decide=
d to continue obtaining signatures as a general policy. Trying to get 100% =

Subject: Fed Ex ground driver
Importance: High

Hi Lou

Our fed ex ground driver delivered our returns today at 12:51. The only tw=
o employees in the warehouse thought the other must have signed for the pac=
kages until the driver left and they confirmed with each other they did not=
. I tracked one of the packages and it says signature on file, so I reques=
ted the POD and it says signature not required. (306490200236902) When di=
d this change? Somebody needs to verify what he is delivering. Is there a=
way that you know of that we can get a list of what was delivered today to=
see if it matches what we did receive?

Amanda was right here in the office and he usually gets her to sign. I'm n=
ot sure why today was different.

Thanks,
Monica
