You should be able to d= o a download from vendor central the list of ASINS.  I need your help i= n filtering out what should be in outdoor and mark if it is a rug or a doorm= at.  I will then have to do the upload on my end to switch them to outdoor.

 

For marketing, I want y= ou to be successful and AMS and deals help getting traction.  It would b= e great if you could send me the plan and then we work towards it.

Yes, understood about marketing.  I can formaliz= e something if you want like 2-3% of revenue on in network product spent on A= MS? 

 

Depending on the units available we can look at some d= aily deals too but it would depend on what we have.

First step is to clean t= he catalogue and then we can work on getting product in the network. Returns= is a good insurance but I would really need your commitment on AMS and deal= s to move product.  Hopefully we would never have to return product back to you.

We do both indoor and outdoor products, we can review= the catalog and indicate which ones to change?

About 2/3 of our items are outdoor.

 

Also =E2=80=93 we happy to work on =E2=80=98in networ= k=E2=80=99 testing with a 6 month return policy if that works.

I would really welcome some help in getting the progr= am accelerated =E2=80=93 especially on the outdoor rugs and pillows.

 

The main things are:

-      &nb= sp;   How can we get our items to be eligible for in n= etwork placement, right now they are not eligible to be considered.

-      &nb= sp;   What can we do to help shore up the lead times o= n Vendor Central =E2=80=93 especially as we have outdoor products staged for= the season.

-      &nb= sp;   What kind of placement programs would be most ef= fective.

-      &nb= sp;   Can we do any private label or direct products w= ith exclusive designs =E2=80=93 as this is our core strength.
