  • Buyers remorse-- a 15% or $25.00 restocking fee is cha= rged, whichever is lower, an RA is required, customer pays freight back
  • Damaged Goods- an RA and picture is required to establ= ish the shipper and not the customer caused the damage. If shipper causes d= amage  you will get full refund
  • Defective items: you will get a full refund and and we= will decide if you are to return the rug with an RA at our expense or if i= t is better to destroy

How will you be placing your order= s for Drop Ship?

We do have a website where you can= sign up with a user name and be able to place orders, see stock availabili= ty, see past orders and view all of our rugs. Just let us know and we will = send you an invite.

We usually send the Hi Res images through Drop Box fo= r all of the sizes, including room shots, runners, squares and corner shots= if needed.
