The story so far…

 

Last night you installed Office 365 Pro Plus

 

On attempting to run Access this morning received th= e error I sent you.

 

Uninstalled Office 365 Pro Plus from Control Panel

 

Installed Office 2016 from DVD found in the Office h= ere in Port Chester

 

Received same error

 

Used Microsoft’s “Easy Fix removal Tool&= #8221; (o15-ctrremove.diagcab) to remove Office 2016

 

Machine is sitting with the Install Splash (autorun.= exe) up

 

Please… why don’t you guys give it a sho= t? Before attempting to install can you disable Mbytes and WebROOT (I know = they aren’t relevant but…)

 

Machine is still dot 227 and the TO Administrator is= logged in. Sorry for the back and forth.
