NYSIF Announces Additional Claims Search Capability; New Policy Reports Available NYSIF has been working diligently to provide you with the most efficient way to obtain online policy and claims information. In the past two years, we have added electronic access to policy info pages and audit documents, enhanced certificate renewal and validation processes, streamlined our online quote/eApp and enabled you to add authorized users to your online account.
We know that easy access to claims information is critical to managing costs for your business. To that end, we have incorporated the claims data you currently access via the CONNECTS application into the "Claim Search" query in your nysif.com account. Also, we have added new "Search by WCB Claim Number" and "Search By Claimant Name" options to make it easier for you to manage your claims.
NYSIF is hosting the augmented Claim Search on a new, faster and more secure platform. This shift allows NYSIF to retire the aging server that houses CONNECTS. Please be assured that all information from CONNECTS has already been integrated into Claim Search, available on your nysif.com account landing page. Please note that the link to CONNECTS will be disabled on Friday, February 9.
We are also enhancing your access to policy documents. Please look for the new "Report Request" link from your landing page to access a list of certificates, accident analyses, loss runs and test ratings.
