workers' comp certificates of insurance
NYSIF is pleased to announce two new enhancements to its eCERT system:
Hide from Certificate Renewal List
This feature gives users the ability to hide a certificate from the renewal list for short-term jobs that will not extend beyond the current policy period. Users can select this option during certificate creation. Users may also select this option from the certificate details screen to hide a certificate that is no longer needed.
Save a Certificate for Renewal
A certificate’s renewal option will now be available 90 days prior to a policy’s renewal. When the new policy period begins, the selected certificates will automatically be renewed and sent to the certificate holder’s email address on file. A PDF version of the renewed certificate will also be accessible.
We expect this enhancement to improve your experience with NYSIF's certificate system. We want to make doing business with NYSIF easier for you.
