Some of the findings surprised us. Here are a few of them: 1. Almost half the respondents don't reimburse for liquor. 2. Over half of all organizations now require all receipts. 3. Over 40% now require detailed meal receipts and close to 20% are considering such a move. 4. Most organizations (almost 80%) regularly deal with travelers complaining about receipt requirements 5. Very few have updated their travel policy to include use of Uber, Lyft, Airbnb etc. despite the fact that over three-quarters believe their employees are using these services for business travel. In the recent AP = Now T&E Survey, respondents shared how they addressed different expense rep= orting reimbursement issues. Some of the findings surprised us. Here are a = few of them:
  1. Almost half the respondents don't reimburse for liquor.
  2. Over half of all organizations now require= all receipts.
  3. Over 40% now require detailed meal= receipts and close to 20% are considering such a move.
  4. Most organizations (almost 80%) regularly deal with travelers compla= ining about receipt requirements
  5. Very few have up= dated their travel policy to include use of Uber, Lyft, Airbnb etc. despite= the fact that over three-quarters believe their employees are using these = services for business travel.
