I like it for many reasons but one that particularly appeals to me is that the author, Sheryl Sandberg, uses metrics to make her points in a very understandable manner. It is one of several reasons we conduct reader surveys at AP Now. They provide key points of data that can make an issue more understandable. Career Tip from Sandberg: I especially like her story about a call she received from someone she knew who wanted to work for her. Here's what the woman said when she called her. "I want to apply to work with you at Facebook," she said. "So, I thought about calling you and telling you all the things I'm good at and all of the things I like to do. Then I figured that everyone was doing that. So, instead, I want to ask you: What is your biggest problem and how can I solve it?" I like it for many reasons but one that particularly = appeals to me is that the author, Sheryl Sandberg, uses metrics to make her= points in a very understandable manner.
