Join this session, where expert speaker Duane C. Abbey, will review current and 2018 OIG Work Plan issues for hospitals, clinics and other health care providers with particular emphasis on codìng, billing and reimbursement. Duane will address upcoming Work Plan issues in the context of those from FY2013 through FY2017, taking into account that the Work Plan is now updated monthly. The session will discuss pertinent reports issued by OIG, particularly in relation to established issues that the OIG is interested in.

Duane will also address associated RAC issues relative to current and anticipated trends and focus on identifying key issues in the context of internal and external auditing to make certain that providers can properly address any OIG and RAC issues.
